2. After Booking, you will get a confirmation text and email with a link to complete any questionnaires and waivers before your first visit. Most questions are one-time only - just update them if anything changes. It may seem like a lot, but it's all for your safety and comfort.

If the online waiver/questionnaire is not completed before your scheduled appointment, there will be a paper copy for you to complete at your appointment. This can cut into your appointment time.

3. Arrive at Elite Suites at West Town Mall for your appointment time. The front desk concierge will notify your esthetician when you arrive- then you're all set.

Hi, I'm Courtney - owner and solo esthetician at Evolve Esthetics. I created Evolve as a space where women can feel cared for, take a well-deserved break, and leave feeling renewed and valued. Over the past 12 years, the esthetics and wellness world has become a true passion of mine, and I aim for that passion to shine through every service I offer.
I believe balance is key to everything so have curated the products, services, and atmosphere at Evolve to leave you feeling empowered and at ease.
On a personal note, I am a single mom of two - which means my life is equal parts entertaining, challenging, and wonderfully chaotic. I wouldn't change it for the world...but I do cherish the balance of "me time" and "mom time".

Can I get waxed if I am Pregnant?
Yes! Waxing is a safe and effective hair removal method for women who are pregnant or nursing.
Can I get waxed if I am on my period?
Absolutely. No matter who is performing your wax, I guarentee they wax women on their periods daily.
A few things to keep in mind:
1. You are required to use a tampon, menstrual cup or disc during your wax.
2. Your experience might feel a little more sensitive than it normally would. Hydrating before your appointment and taking pain relievers will help.
I have sensitive skin. Is waxing still okay?​
Yes, the wax used at Evolve Esthetics is formulated for sensitive skin and the method of waxing is tailored to your hair texture and body design. The aftercare products at Evolve are a great way to reduce irritation as well! Products that are tested, trusted, and professional such as Fur, Bushbalm, and Luv Scrub are also available so we can discuss the perfect option for you!
What is the process of a lash lift and brown lamination?
Both treatments are a professional cosmetic treatment that uses a safe chemical process to curl, lift, or set in place the natural lash and brow hair. Rest Assured, at Evolve Esthetics this process is not harmful to the integrity of the lash and brow hair. By using extra hydrating products and strengthening serums during the lift and lamination, your lashes and brows will grow stronger and longer with every treatment.
Is there a lot of maintenance after a lift or lamination?
Nope! After a lift or lamination you will want to keep your lashes dry for 24 hours and refrain from wearing mascara for 48 hours. After that, you can cleanse, wear makeup, etc just as you always would.
What is a therapeutic facial and why is it differerent?
This holistic technique bridges the gap between esthetics, wellness, and deep therapeutic care. Unlike traditional facials that focus on product application, this method address underlying muscular imbalances and tension patterns for long lasting results. Relief, re-sculpting, and lymphatic drainage are just a few of the major benefits of this facial.
Where is Evolve Esthetics located?
Evolve Esthetics is located inside The Elite Suites at West Town Mall. For easiest access, you can park in the area located in between JCPenny and Cheesecake Factory ​facing Morrell Rd. (not on the same side of the mall as Dicks Sporting Goods).
The entrance to Elite is on the OUTSIDE of the mall so you do not have to go into the mall at all.
Once you enter the lobby, the front desk concierge will let Courtney know you have arrived.
